Do you shuffle the Monkeys in the Discard Pile between each Round?

Accepted Answer

You only shuffle the Monkeys when there are no more Monkeys available in the Deck.

I struggle to understand which Monkey is the highest in the Tiebreaker.

Accepted Answer

It is the same order you have during the game,  you can also find it in the summary card: Orange > Green > Blue.

Can you explain how to use the two Expansion Packs and the KSE cards?

Accepted Answer

The extra cards and 2 expansion packs can be used as part of the Main Deck. Shuffle all the Monkeys together, then add the Donkeys and Mythical Creatures to those you find in the Main Deck. Regarding The Pug you can decide which one you prefer to use each Round.
